Terri Boyce

Deputy Mayor of Banana Shire   

Mrs Terri Boyce grew up on a cattle and farming property on the Dawson River near the small town of Taroom at the southern end of Banana Shire Council. Terri is married with 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren and continues to live and work on a cattle property in the Taroom district.

Terri has a Bachelor of Business and shares management of cattle operations with other family members.

In 2017 Terri became a councillor on the Banana Shire Council and has recently been re-elected for Division 6 and is Deputy Mayor of Banana Shire. Terri has always been heavily involved with community groups such as the Taroom District Development Assn and more recently became President of the Taroom Kindergarten to oversee the extensions and development of a daycare facility in Taroom.
