Social Worker and Counsellor at Gladstone Women’s Health Centre

I have been a Social Worker for over 20 years.  I have post graduate qualifications in Rural and Remote Health (Child Protection) and Developmental Trauma.  I am a qualified EMDR therapist.

I am currently employed as a Counsellor at Gladstone Women’s Health Service.  I provide trauma counsellor for women who have suffered domestic and family violence and sexual assault.  I also offer general counselling in areas such as loss and grief and depression and anxiety. 

I was a Social Worker at Gladstone Hospital for 2 ½ years.  I have previously worked in foster and kinship care, intensive family support, child protection, family mediation and general counselling roles.
