Queenie is a highly regarded and sought-after creative and cultural producer, arts-worker and cultural development practitioner. She has a career in the arts sector spanning 15 years of experience facilitating, producing and delivering ground-breaking arts, cultural, youth and emerging artist development initiatives, projects, and events with legacy impact and outcomes. Queenie’s work and impact has solely focussed on the development of young people and emerging artists from First Nations, migrant and emerging communities. 

Queenie worked for arts and cultural development organisation Contact Inc and was instrumental in establishing a three-year partnership and youth initiative with the Foundation for Young Australians to train and mentor cultural emerging artists, her support was significant in positioning the organisation as one of Australia Councils top 11 key producers in the country. 

Queenie works on various projects independently as a creative and cultural producer particularly in music, culture and dance. Queenie is also currently the Creative Director of creative studio District Studios and the Event Director of the Australian region for world renowned global dance band and television show NBC’s World of Dance.
